About the Role:
As Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of granite and quartz projects, including installation of countertops, assembly of waterfall gables, on-site polishing, digital templating, and seam assembly. In collaboration with the fabrication team and shop management, you will coordinate with home builders, contractors, homeowners, and tradespeople, and will conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and assist with installations.

Being highly skilled at digital templating, you are knowledgeable in the countertop or stone fabrication business and are adept with on-site measuring and installations. You have a reputation for creating a positive environment that maximizes product quality and productivity, and you act decisively to solve problems and implement process improvements as needed. Possessing exceptional organizational skills, you successfully manage many projects simultaneously that vary in size, budget, and timeline, ensuring the timely execution of each one. As a skilled communicator you enjoy coaching and mentoring employees and are comfortable both giving and receiving directions, promoting a team-work mentality.
