About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the President of Benefits and Pension and their team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities to help keep projects on track and clients well-supported. Taking a people-first approach, your responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, scheduling client meetings, and facilitating effective communication and workflow. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong relationships, and takes pride in helping others succeed.

Is This You?

You’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in being the dependable go-to for keeping everything running smoothly. You hold a post-secondary certificate or diploma and have experience in a client service and administrative support role, including managing calendars. You’re confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems when needed. If you’ve worked in benefits services, that’s great—but it’s not required.

You’re highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines without losing composure. You’re proactive, resourceful, and have strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and know how to build relationships with clients and coworkers. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented, you’re the kind of person who lifts others up and fosters a positive workplace culture. Above all, you bring professionalism, curiosity, and care to everything you do, and you’re looking for a workplace where you can truly belong and make a meaningful impact.
