Job Title: Marketing Manager or Marketing and Communications Manager
Location: Regina or Saskatoon
Reports To: Executive Team
Objective:
This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to shape and execute Superior Farms Equipment marketing strategy for the Morris https://morrisequipment.ca/ and Rite Way farm equipment https://ritewaymfg.com/ lines with markets in Canada, Australia and the United States. As a department of one, the Marketing Manager will take full ownership of marketing activities, handling brand execution, supporting dealer development, collaborating with the sales team, and working closely with the executive team to align efforts with company goals.
You’ll serve as the internal expert on all marketing-related matters, such as developing strategy and executing initiatives across brochures, media releases, internal communications, and campaign development, while deciding what to outsource (like social media) and managing external vendors as needed.
This role requires a high degree of cooperation and collaboration with the sales team to develop standard sales techniques and to develop market penetration plans for areas that are underrepresented and new product release. It will also require collaboration with marketing peers at our third-party dealerships and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Marketing & Brand Strategy
· Lead the execution of the organization’s multi-year marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement.
· Oversee all marketing communications, such as advertising, public relations, branding, white papers, website content, and events.
· Manage product marketing insights through competitive analysis, customer feedback, and market research to support business growth.
· Ensure consistency across all brand assets and alignment with organizational identity.
· Work closely with the sales team to support their goals with tailored tools and materials (e.g. RFP responses, presentations, demos, case studies, testimonials)
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
· Develop and manage digital strategies including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, and social media campaigns
· Manage marketing analytics platforms and dashboards to track lead performance, digital engagement, and conversion metrics
· Evaluate inbound leads, maintain lead databases, and assist with daily bid searches and qualification for various business lines
· Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for content development, ad creation, and design
Market Intelligence & Target Marketing
· Conduct ongoing business and market analysis
· Organize customer focus groups and support expansion into new markets
· Compile and maintain customer contact lists and execute targeted marketing campaigns
· Marketing Operations & Communications
· Maintain a monthly marketing project calendar and manage timelines for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
· Oversee print advertising, digital placements, and trade show coordination (booth rentals, logistics, materials)
Measurement & ROI
· Track KPIs and report on marketing ROI, lead quality, brand engagement, and campaign performance
· Use data and insights to inform continuous improvement in strategy and execution
· Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective decision-making and resource allocation
Requirements:
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
· 5–7 years of progressive experience in a marketing leadership or generalist role
· Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Demonstrated success in campaign delivery, lead generation, and marketing ROI
